We all would be drawn inside it. No one could even imagine what would happen there. Maybe we'll die, maybe shrink, maybe get stretched or maybe break into pieces and each piece of ours still may have life!
One, we would burn. Two, everything around us would burn. Maybe the massive force of explosion would knock earth off it's orbit too.
Imagine if all tress suddenly vanish, Earth's temperature would rise dramatically. Our lungs would crave Oxygen, but will get none. It will be a serious threat to mankind.
» 9: All Diseases Become Contagious
What if all the deadly diseases like Cancer and AIDS become airborne and contagious! Humans would have a significantly shorter life span. The diseased people would be isolated apart. Biological wars can get to a whole new level!
» 8: Earth Gets Off Its Orbit
If somehow, earth goes off it's orbit, either it will start drifting towards dark infinity, or get into orbit of another planet and BOOM ! Both of them seem quite horrible.
» 7: Big Crunch
As per a phenomenon called Red Shift universe is expanding. The opposite of this phenomenon is called Blue Shift. If Blue Shift gets applied to the Universe somehow, the universe would start to shrink ! We all will be squished!
» 6: Earth Breaks Into Two Halves
The axis of rotation, orbit followed by, and symmetry of Earth would change. Earth would no longer be one of the best habitable planet.
» 5: Robots Take Over Us
Now this is quite a possibility in the future. One day robots would get so advanced, they may treat humans as virus. And try to eliminate us. Now in Human vs Robot battle, humans would lose invariably.
» 4: Aliens Take Over Us
There's no doubt that aliens don't exist! There are billions of galaxies like ours and trillions of habitable planets. And it is the nature of living beings to conquer the weak. If aliens take over us, we all would be screwed! Tied in a hospital like place, and being experimented on would be horrible.
» 3: Massive Black Hole Approaches

The destruction would be less in another World War as compared to some of the above incidents, but in above cases, the mankind would be united together. Here it's human against fellow human. which makes it THE WORST THING THAT COULD HAPPEN TO EARTH!
